We're publicly owned through Transport for Wales. Every pound of profit goes back into Wales' transport and digital infrastructure.
And that really matters in some of the places our railway line runs through. Better connectivity for these overlooked communities isn't a footnote to what we do. It's most of the reason we exist.
Our fibre runs on a genuinely different route from every other provider - different ducting, different ground. When BT and Virgin go down together, because they share the same infrastructure, ffeibr doesn't.
That route sits alongside a live, electrified railway, which makes it one of the most fiercely protected corridors in the country. Nobody builds, digs, or disturbs it without going through Network Rail and TfW first. The railway is one of the most secure places a fibre network could possibly sit.
Transport for Wales is owned by the Welsh Government, not an investor looking for an exit. There's no private equity pressure, no acquisition risk, no administrator.
When your contract needs renewing, we'll still be here.
No shareholders means we operate with different priorities. We can tell a customer the truth about timelines, and tell them when we can't help. We will refer customers to competitors if it's better for them, and push back on timeframes if we know they're not achievable.
At ffeibr, transparency is not a marketing line. It's what happens when the relationship comes before the margin.
